I'm Not Feeling So Hot

So, this picture pretty much sums it all up; Willow's still sick, and has been now for a few weeks. She just can't seem to lick this last virus.  She's got a nasty cough and often sneezes up what we've endearingly termed "slobbies" - they usually come in sets of threes. She goes in and out of bouts of crabbiness and the cutest disposition in periods of minutes or less. She's also a lot more clingy right now, mostly to Mama. Willow refers to me as Gaga, but then again we've determined that there's a lot of things she refers to as Gaga, so I'm not necessarily feeling especially identified by her speech (but I most definitely am by her affections - she's very quick to run up to me, grab onto my leg and give me a good, hard squeeze with a soft sounding "ooohhhh"). Our evenings are sometimes awakened by coughing fits from Willow, although she's usually pretty good about quickly falling back to sleep without us getting her out of her crib. Pray for our sweet little thing; she's due for another good stretch of sick-free health.

Poppy's just recovered from another illness, I'm sure caught by Willow. She's returning to her old self again here. Austin's camping in the Bavarian wilderness, so he's a bit radio-silent on the phone calls and blog updates. Annie had a tough week at Mount Hermon because she wasn't feeling so hot herself. (Gosh, as I write this you must think that we Kruggel's are a pretty sorry bunch. It's not that bad, really.) Barret spent some time with a few friends this week and helped us around the house with a few chores and watching the girls. Hard to believe that school will start for him in just about four weeks. Victoria and I are doing great.

That's the latest for now.

Warmly in Christ,

Tom
